Will I be contacted after my order is placed?

Once you have placed an order and you have provided us with an email, an order confirmation will be sent to you. Please allow 24 hours if you have placed your order during the night.
The only time you will receive further email from us is if the parcel has not been delivered due to unknown address.
If we must contact you via phone, if you have provided one, for example: order process problem, address confirmation. We will do so. If we can not reach you, we will never leave a message on message bank nor to another person.

Can I trust Secret Fantasy with my credit card?

Your credit card details are not kept in our data base. Your payment is processed by Secure Payment Gateway. They only process the transaction and are not privy to your personal and credit card details.

What will show up on my credit card?

The name Secret Fantasy will never appear on your credit card. Only Duovac Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Are batteries included?

Not always as some manufacturers do not include batteries with their products.
Rechargeable Toys Do have batteries included.

What if I am out when the parcel arrives?

If you are out when the parcel is delivered, you will have a card in the letter box to let you know from which Post Office or Delivery Centre to collect your parcel. Note that some transport companies will give you an option as to if you want your parcel left at the from door.

Can I track my parcel online?

Yes, you will have to supply your email address when you place your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details.

Do you ship overseas from Australia?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand, South East Asia. We can also arrange shipping to other countries. Please contact us at info@secretfantasy.com.au to arrange shipping.
Secret Fantasy is not liable from parcel items confiscated by your local law enforcement agencies.

I don’t have my receipt. Can I still return my order?

Unfortunately No, without a receipt or invoice we cannot verify if it is legitimate warranty claim and proof of purchase. Please, always keep your receipts or invoices.

My Lingerie does not fit, Can I return i?

Yes, provided it is still in its unopened original packaging. For Health Reasons, we cannot offer refunds or online credits for items that have been worn, damaged, soiled or laundered. We will not offer refunds or online credits on any items purely because you changed your mind.
We will not offer refunds or online credits for any items that you have purchased that are discounted or clearance sale unless the item purchased is found to be faulty.
